Is CareVision HD hard to set up?
Not at all! The software is a simple download. Once the application has been saved to your local drive, it is just a matter of clicks before you have it up and running. Once we have received your display details, we create your custom display with all the marketing messages that you would like to communicate. We send you an kiosk activation code and you will be up and running. You can have your own display system up in running in as little as 3 business days.

Will CareVision HD work on my existing PC?
Yes our software has been tested to run on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. If you are concerned that your system is too old or want to purchase a dedicated computer to run your display Castle Communication Systems offers hardware upgrades.

What if I want to make a change?
We here at Castle Communication Systems understand that you might have various marketing initiatives or even have new service offerings that you would like to showcase on your display. We have created packages for monthly, quarterly or semi-annualy updates. These changes can be as simple as a revision in text and imagery or as large as changing background theme videos to spice up your office. Need a display? Need a computer? Need both? We can help. Castle Communication Systems offers the ablity to upgrade your software package with hardware items such as a display and/or computer. Starting at only an additional $150/month* we provide hardware upgrades.

What if I cancel?
There are no long-term contracts required to set up your display. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
